The HPV and Cervical Cancer Prevention Resource Center has an affiliated network of local support groups for people concerned about HPV. The Groups provide a safe, confidential environment where participants can get accurate information and share experiences, fears, and feelings with others who are concerned about HPV. For information on obtaining written publications on HPV, call (800) 230-6039, between 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., EST, Monday through Friday. If you are interested in starting a HPV Group in your area, please e-mail Fred Wyand, Program Associate, for more details. Information is also available for HELP Support Groups, which provide similar services for people concerned about herpes.
